EDIT: Just searched it. There was a LT vs cyttorak thread and in the crimson universe. Cyttorak gets murdered quite easily. He's 2nd only to One-Above-All. Cyttorak stands no chance.

the Phoenix Force is the closest thing to rival the Living Tribunal in power.. LT is the supreme being and judge of the physical universe.. the PF on the other hand governs the realm of the spirit and imagination.. LT is responsible for maintaining balance throughout the Multiverse, the PF is responsible in perpetuating the cycle of Creation and Destruction as well as Evolution.. she judges the worthiness of a being to exist.. as it is her job to burn away the obsolete.. i can see it now..

According to comics, Beyonder was only dreaming, but on the other hand Xavier was currently talking about Secre Wars, but he have said that Beyonder is mutant-inhuman. And he has other versions of himself in other universes. And this exactly is retcon ;) 4.Can You prove that Cyttorak is omnipotent there? Well... he is only STRONG in "his" Universe beyond that.... Guess that answers the question against an Entity who can wipe out a universe in a blink of an eye. PF doesn't even need to enter that universe to affect it.
First of all, Crimson Cosmos doesnt belong to Marvel Multiverse. Cyttorak IS the crimson Cosmos and in Crimson Cosmos Cyttorak has no limit. he is allpowerfull there. So his universe cannot be demolished. Do you anderstand what is limitless power? Phoenix Force havent got limitless power. Do you know what Cyttorak did to Galactus?
