Umm isn't Eclipso Spectre's equal and even bested him one time? this isn't as one sided as it seem.
I thought Eclipso was an aspect of Presence. I’m not to sure on that. Cyttorak constantly has to fight to the top hell lords in marvel to not only keep his name but fight for Satans chair too. The hell lords are Adversary, Mephisto, Shuma-Gorath, Dormammu, and more who are all multiversal.

Yes, "Wrath of God and the Angel of Vengeance that turned evil and was replaced by the Spectre" I believe Spectre is above all of the Marvel's Hell Lords and if Eclipso is his equal than he should be more powerful than Cyttorak, maybe not in his Crimson Realm but definitely outside of it.
@logicbomb: well cytorrak constantly bodies other multiversal he’ll lords who are all about 10d when spectre gets curbstomped by 5d imps. So he technically can fight eclipsó and spectre at the same time for a fairer fight
