Cyttorak in a bad mood vs Mephisto

Cyttorak just lost his avatar so now he's in a bad mood. Mephisto sees this and wants to take advantage of his anger and sorrow so he tries to convince Cyttorak to sell him his soul. Since open suggestions are not working according to plan, Mephisto tries in attempt to at least trick the false god of accidently agreeing with Mephisto in contract for his soul. Can Mephisto, the Prince of Lies and deceit pull it off or no?

Forgive me for going off-topic, briefly, but is Cyttorak ever in a good mood?

The rules in that universe do not allow for souls to be sold by trickery or Mephisto would bury a paragraph in an app store update about selling your soul. You need to know your selling it for the deal to count.

What can Mephisto do to Cyttorak?

some trickery should work on Cyttorak as Dr. Strange has managed this tactic before, however based on implied powers and mystical abilities only then Cyttorak should be able to defeat Mephisto without any issues...
