Hard to say since we dont have a location...which makes a massive difference to Cyttorak (who is featless outside of Crimson Cosmos) and Mephisto (who seems to get his rear handed to him alot when he is outside of Hell).

He ripped through the fabrics other dimensions just to grab a hold of Galactus ship which Galactus himself was unable to do a thing about it..... That was OUTSIDE of his dimension.
