-cyclops have time gem and he is bloodlusted

-thor normal

Kinda one-sided.......if Scott knows how to use the Time Gem he could age Thor to dust.

Well, it says he has it, not that he has mastered its use, so it could be Thor/Rulk vs Hood all over again.

He does not even have to know how to use it that well. He can just freeze time, or give himself Zoom like level of time control, throw Thor through time, ect.

Honestly though, give someone an Infinity Gem and it makes them above Thor level anyway.
