Cyclops vs. Taskmaster vs. Ares vs. Nick Fury as TRAINERS

Cyclops,  Taskmaster, Ares and Nick Fury each have six months and unlimited resources to train a squad of twenty normal, untrained humans of their selection. They're not allowed to give any of their recruits super-powers or otherwise enhance them except through training. Then their squads have to find and terminate all the other units using only standard military equipment. Which team is left standing (i.e. who's the best military trainer?) 
 
Feel free to suggest others from the Marvel U, these are just the most high-profile trainers I can think of and I didn't want to have more than one X-Man in the competition.

If I could pick one character to lead me into battle, it would definitely be Ares.

 I’ll go with Nick on this one. He has the keenest military mind and knows how to engage as a ‘normal.’ TM may have the most ‘knowledge’ but he can only teach so much in that amount of time, and Scott only really has experience deploying folks with powers.
