Cyclops vs. Superman (Read OP)

Staring contest only - neither is allowed to move, supes can only use heat vision, cyclops obviously can only use his eye blast. Whose power is stronger? Lemme see some feats, yo

EDIT: to be clear, neither has to necessarily be KO'd or killed (tho I could definitely see that happening if supes wins) - it's only a matter of whose power breaks through.

Hasn't this been done? Like a lot?
