@deadpool2421: No. I'm saying exactly what I said to you. Cyclops' power is held back based on his own physical limits. Just because he has a possibly infinite source of power does not mean he can expel said infinite amounts of that power. Scott's body gets too tired and his power begins to wain til the energy just spurts out and he must wait til he absorbs enough solar energy to keep the portal open for more powerful blasts again. Your reason of why he wins doesn't garner him a win.
I fully understand that. no that doesn't mean he will win for that reason along. But, I think it put cyclops at an advantage over his brother. The fact that he is better in h2h combat and a much better strategist than his younger brother gived
Alex is more powerful overall if I remember right...and as god_spawn pointed out earlier, Cyke has more strict limits on how much he can exert himself, which I don't think Alex has (outside of suits designed to keep him from obliterating everything around him accidentally).
@deadpool2421: Don't worry about finishing but the only point you originally put was Cyclops has a bigger power source and no it does not give him any sort of advantage over Havok. Whether you think he wins because of being a better strategist and h2h fighter was irrelevant to the original point cause you didn't post it. And being a better h2h fight is also irrelevant here. This fight isn't gonna come down to that either.
Ur right its definately not gonna come down to h2h. But I was pointin out that he is a lot better. Honestly, I think cyclops will win regardless of his physical limits. I think he will hit havok before havok hits him.
If this was actually a battle of who would win if neither was immune to the other's powers, and Havok and Cyclops' energy could be unleashed to it's full potential, the world would go nuclear, A. from Havok absorbing energy from all the stars in the sky, and B. Cyke's Optic Blast point of origin stays infinetly open. It would suck for everyone. That being said, Havok has to hold back his abilities with the suit so they don't get out of hand. Cyclops has the energy output of a nuclear reactor according to Iron Man, and just from both of their skills manipulating a simple energy blast in combat into a variety of uses, I think it could honestly go either way. Both have experience in leadership and strategy, and both have a firm grasp on how to use their abilities. The main difference is that Scott is more level headed and careful, taking time to exploit weaknesses, while Alex is more quick to jump the gun. Kind of like the best defense is a good offense. He's not as rash as say, Wolverine, but he's a lot more hotheaded than Cyclops.
