Scott is Leader of the X-Men for a reason.

There powers don't work on each other. And as Scott is only a solid fighter, I can't even recall many, or if at all any h2h combat feats for Havok. I'd say Scott takes it in shades.

Cyclops wins. He is the better fighter and tactician.

They have an effect, it's just really insignificant for the most part.

If you're referring to the fight that led to Storm taking command of the X-Men, I believe that was retconned to Scott losing because of Madelyne Pryor influencing him to do so.

ah, you are correct, it happens that she subconciously had scott lose because she wanted him to spend more time with their soon to be born baby.

Not really. He and Scott traded blows during the Extinction Agenda story arc (both got bloodied), and Alex demonstrated some knowledge of h2h when he was breaking out of the prison Vulcan placed him in, but Scott is definitely the better fighter of the two.

One of them blasts an overhead rock onto the other's head.

CYke burstomp.Even if we assume their powers had effect on each other,cyke 'd still win.I don't believe that i need to refer some power feats(krakoa brood,of ym lawn etc).

If this a h2h fight, Scott takes this flawlessly. Scott is the better fighter and tactician.
