I would say cass but it depends if cass can casually dodge cyclops beams
AoE is the thing that might make that more difficult. That, and Cyclops can call bank shots like no other..
Thanks for reading,
Floopay
Cyclops should take a majority here. His optic blasts have the range and power necessary to take Cass out quickly given the starting distance. He also has a solid mastery of his power to the point where none of the obstacles could really hinder him. Cyclops has tagged faster opponents than Cass.
Cass on the other hand could win an odd round here but as Scott's main power doesn't play into her biggest advantage and she lacks a good way to close the distance there's really only one outcome.
Cassandra
Scott.
Scott.
Scott for sure 8/10
Scott for sure 8/10
Could go either way. Nice battle Jash.
Thanks!
Cassandra, she's one of the 3 greatest MA's in DC, none of the surfaces in the battlefield are reflective, all she'd need to do it vanish once and the next time Scott would see her is when he wakes up.
Scott 7/10. He's ricocheted blasts and tagged people faster than Cassie, if she somehow closes distance he's toast.
This is actually a good battle. It is possible for her to go stealth and land a one hitter quitter on him, something real nasty like a temple kick or a rear naked choke. On the other hand, Cyclops has tagged plenty of characters with enhanced speed and agility before. He could catch her with a one shot blast and end the battle fast. Random encounter- Cyclops
With prep- Cass
I might edge it to Cassie.
I think Scott's only real chance is to hit Cass with an AoE attack. In truth, her body reading would be enough to learn Scott's ability. She'll be able to dodge his beams before he fires them 10/10. She should be able to deduce if he's thinking of bouncing his beams off objects as well. All that's left is to close the gap and one shot him.
I really don't see how he will miss Cass if she gets up close. He can shoot wide angle beams and, up close, I don't see how he would miss. 9 out of ten for Cykes. Cass manages to catch him from behind on odd occasions.

Cassandra..
I think if she can anticipate where Scott will fire, she will have fairly good chance of closing up and breaking Cyke's neck...
But there is always a chance Scott will get her in a corner or win via environmental damage. But in respect to Cassandra's agility, she should be able to avoid that for a majority IMHO.
Cassandra for a 6-7/10 majority...
Cyclops removes his visor and she's toast.
She drops him before he even thinks about doing that.
This is a huge stomp...even if this fight was on a place where Cassie had "no place to hide" so she could not use stealth to her advantage...i still would say that Cassandra Cain would win, due to being more agile, much faster, better reaction time, MASSIVE skill advantage, greater stricking power, etc...but at least, it would be much closer than this.
The only thing Cyclops has going for him, are his eye beams...which Cassie can dodge effortlessy.
Here, Cassie easly dodges Supergirl's physical attacks, and her eye beams too:
Cassie can also dodge bullets effortlessy:
And when Cassie is moving as fast as she can, she becomes invisible to the human eye:
The weird, white thing, that looks like the wind itself, in the scan above...it's actually Cassie.
Cassie wins here 10/10...if this fight was placed on a big "open spot"...i would say Cassie 6 or 7/10...here, besides all of the advantages that she already has over Scott, Cassie can also use stealth in her favor...Scott doesn't stand a chance here.

She drops him before he even thinks about doing that.
This really depends on the distance.
It's perfectly capable for Cyclops to just remove his visor. He has done it before and he will do it again.
Here he trashed a giant Sentinel like paper.Cassandra has no chance not even to avoid that.
Although I agree,if they are starting at close distance she could dodge him or nerve strike him for the KO.Far distance,Cassandra dies horribly.
@don_quixote: Scott never goes full power on someone he doesn't know. Especially a 21 year old girl dressed up in a bat costume. She's been able to jump in front of a bullet after it was fired without her body reading. That's how fast she is. With a combination of stealth, she should be able to close the gap easily.

I know how fast she is.I guess Scott wouldn't go full power on her, since he doesn't know her and it's morals on. You are right. Good point.Cassandra should win the majority.
I still believe morals off,Scott stomps.
I believe that in these conditions, Cassandra Cain should take the majority. Although having great area to operate his blasts, Scott is dealing with an enemy who can not only take cover but most likely dodge his blasts, something less agile/skilled opponents manage to do before. Once at close range her superior combat skill should be enough to put him down.
Her body reading should be enough to counter his main weapon.
I guess its a coin toss ay?
There isn't a wrong answer and I can see it going either way.
Though due to my favouritism and the fact that I'm always right, I'll flip my vote to Cass ;)
Nice battle though.
Cyke stomps this. He's hit Storm (moving at several hundred mph), hit Warren (capable of several thousand mph, at the time moving well in excess of the speed of sound), hit Quicksilver (at to speed which at the time was around 4000 mph), and hit Northstar at to speed (at the time many many thousands of mph). He has enough precision to literally hit the tip of a needle, can ricochet with enough accuracy to disarm dozens of targets on multiple levels, and can fire broadbeam blasts that are over a hundred feet wide and 50 feet tall. Cassie could win if this were h2h. It isn't. She gets stomped. Hard.
Fast enough to hit Northstar is more than fast enough to hit Cassie...
Here he disarms dozens of attackers all on different levels of a four story complex, some of whom are behind cover, all with a single shot...
I sometimes wish there were more Cyclops threads. But then you get the people who just scan dump random feats, especially his no visor or max blasts, from him in almost every thread, and it butchers the character and point of debate since they don't understand how the character even operates. Then I get a feeling of apathy and I wish he would get even less.
People less agile then Cassie have avoided scott's shots.
And again Scott does not use the off my lawn that often,he usually sticks to standard shots against human non hated enemies.
Cassie has proven to be meta-human in speed and agility, and once they are in close combat, Cyke's decent skill won't be enough to save him.
He still can use a wide shot once in a while managing to hit cassie, but he ain't edging more than a 3/10
So cassie 7/10.
Thanks man!

I kind of find it funny that one person uploads scans for Cassandra saying she stomps, and then someone does a similar post for cyclops.
@jashro44: I think it's ironic, but I guess I'm not surprised. When someone says Cyclops only has eye beams going for him, I kind of laugh. But at the same time, I laugh at the fact that you can't go into a Cyclops thread without someone posting his lawn or krakoa blasts. Because it totally makes sense using Cyclops reacting to a sentinel in a fight to say how he will react to a visibly human looking character that indeed turns out to be a human, albeit an extremely deadly one. I wonder why no one shows a scan of Cyclops just ripping his visor off on a human he's never met before at the start of a battle?
