Cyclops vs Bullseye

Round 1: no prep

location: abandoned basketball court 50 feet away (morals off)

Round 2: 3 hours of prep

location: Avengers mansion 50 feet away (morals on)

bullseye has 20 throwing knives

cyclops has his stanard gear.

Round 1 Cyclops easily

Round 2 Cyclops 6/10

Cyclops' blasts are faster than throwing a single object.

Bullseye kills cyclops... (assuming cyke's got morals on)

Changed my mind, Cyclops can take it.

Is bullseye unarmed in round 1? Doesn't really matter since cyclops has morals off.
 
Round 2 I say bullseye. He dodged the optic blast once and I don't believe cyclops can dodge bullseye. However I am not 100% what cyclops can do with 3 hours of prep however.

@jashro44: He dodged really slim beams from a far distance, 50 feet away I see no reason why Cyclops can't tag him when ever he wished save for cover.

@jashro44: A wide beam is actually weaker than a slim beam (unless visor off of course).

Cyclops does not have to dodge Bullseye. His blasts can take out anything thrown his direction.

1) Cyclops without morals can obliterate Bullseye and everything around him.

2) Morals on he still takes this, why? Because of the confined space for their starting location. It's going to be a lot harder to dodge those blasts inside a mansion.
