Magneto and Green Lantern wont be stupid enough to engage with Cyc's Optic blast without shield LOL. Juggernaut should survive this even not full powered... Wolverine should too...

@rayn1984: It's not really a fight or a quick draw or anything, its who can stand them. He didnt say anything forcefields not being up, but in these kind of threads the often intentions are people who can take a blast without any outside help, so Thor, juggs, Hulk dont need any shields. Superman, CA, CM, dont need shields. If you want forcefields up, the list goes on. Force fields down, its a bit more slim.
For Storm...that is debatable. She has countered his optic blast with both lightning and wind, so it is possible for her to protect herself from his optic blast. Can she do it with his blasts at full power or visor off? Don't know about that. In theory, she could technically make a bolt directly in front of her wide enough to deflect the blast to go on either side of her. However, if his beam is more powerful than her lightning, his optic beam could blast right through it and hit her any way.
