What exactly do you mean? The X-men clearly have more combat training and strategical planning as apposed to the legion. Jean could potentially solo this fight via telepathy. Saturn Girl has nothing on her. And Lightning Lad has nothing on Storm.

As Aqua previously stated, the PF was manifesting itself and if she unleashes that then the legion is nothing but a memory.

And I also agree with Aqua when she says Storm's lightning botls could take them all out (maybe not Lightning Lad) but he can't compete with all three of them.

The X-Men take this. It won't even take that long IMHO. Their overall better training, very powerful blasting capabilities and capability to take out multiple Legion members at once enables them to win.
