the rings would need to be amplified to galactus level or over galactus level in order to even hurt him. and last time i checked, these rings bare no rivalry against the infinite gems and not even the cosmic cube.

if this is a fully fed galactus, galactus would be able to move at transwarp sppeds, meaning he will be at all place at one time regardless to ow fast cyborgsuperman moves.
ngu is dc fanboy though. if cyborg superman has help by dr. doom he would be able to take out galactus, but it has to be a starving or a half feed galactus becuase there is absolutely no way a cyborg with fake kyptonian genetic genes would out power a being created before a universe was born.
no becuase hank would have to be a dr. doom's or thanos' level in order to make that kind of technology. i hope you don't forget that galactus is techno savy too. he was a brilliant scientist in his past life.

cyborg superman is not "faster" than superman, he is faster than superman's reaction time. superman has a very slow reaction time. he's been hit while trying to dodge wonder woman, batman, atom, marvel, even hulk! i mean c'mon... who isn't faster than superman's reaction besides bizzaro???

and besides. superman is ridiculusly faster than cyborg superman. superman is fast enough to accomidate time trave through his speed, but he doesn't comprehend it. that's why you see superman vs flash in a race, but not cyborg superman in a race with flash because he will lose for certain.
also, superman has the extra durability to fly at time travel speeds without disinagrating his body. if cyborg superman flys that fast he will burn up and disintagrate. so now, he has these power rings to shield him while traveling faster than light speeds.
to asnswer your question of onmiscience vs speed. it's quite obvious. galactus will probe hank before hank even makes a move. you know silver surfer is one of marvels fastest beings in the marvel universe.. but who created the silver surfer? it was galactus. after silver surfer finds a planet for galactus to munch on, he beakons the planet and then galactus appears at the site of planet faster than silver surfer even finds it.
galactus is fast. and he is smart too.
granted that cyborg superman can tranfer his subconsious in other machinery and may probably use galactus own technolgy to adapt to his own, but being niegh all knowing, will likely prevent that from even happening.
the thing about 20x faster than superman in "thinking" is natural. hank is pretty much more a machine than he is even a human anymore. so it's like comparing a calculator to a human brain and giveing both the equation of 32 x 24 / 144 = _____ x 7.75 + tax = ______.
which media would calculate the answer to this faster? the brain or the calculator?

that's true becuase it was a human mind that created the calculator to begin with, but despite that a calculator will 100% of the time give you an accuarate answer 20 times to 100 times faster than a human brain (depending on how stupid or smart that person is)
for magneto, his brain activity is in par to a calculator
for starks, his brain probably 10% slower than a calculator
for bizzaro, a calculator may be 10,000 times faster than his brain activity.
who said he can't die? hank shaw died the moment he became cyborg superman. he is a robot with a robot mind. mind being physical computer chips, soul being electronic.
just like how transformers are. but you can still contain or even erase cyborg superman's electronic memory. you know, cyborg superman has been destroyed many times around but what he does is tranfer his memory and conscious into other computer chips. the computer chips would now have a counsious of hank and thus rebuild it's physical self by scratch. if by any chance there is a way to contain his conscious you can trap him and then eventually erase him out of esistance.
it's sort of like quarantaining a virus on your computer before deleting it completely off of your system.
i would guess that since cyborg superman is a cyborg created by science, his consciousness travels from computer to computer through radio frequencies kind of like blue tooth technology or wifi. if you can capture that radio frequency, you would have able to capture the heart of cyborg superman..
and remember, galactus being able to reality warp and space and time shift may know a bit or two about blue tooth and wifi.
a program once opened and operable changes memory banks and registery so that when the cpu runs it, it is able to find all the pathways around the rest of the cuircut board. so if that program is like a program with a virus.. it spreads... spyware? it can read, know anything that is within the memory banks.
a virus containing program is what i would describe as cyborg superman's "immortal soul".
hey MA okay Hank only can't die because the writers don't want him to die. He longs for death and is not immortal to someone like Galactus he would destroy Hank and give him the piece he wants.
no Hank isn't the type to me to pull of something like Thanos. Nowadays he does things so he can die that makes him reckless not a super genius he can die by Galactus no problem
I don't know why he hasn't tried something like that but he hasn't but he was sad when he was broguht back by the Manhunters so I think he wants to die but just doesn't think straight about it
