I think it depends on which version of onslaught if it's where he has magneto and xaviers powers I don't think he can win but if he has franklins powers he wins

You forgot one very important thing. Onslaught can not be killed or harmed by physical means. At all, it takes very high level energy manipulate to hurt him. As was displayed when Onslaught was resurrected from the negative zone. Also Onslaught can also create outshoots of himself as he did when he created Female Bucky to bring him back from the negative zone. CSuperman and Doomsday have no way of winning this fight, unless you give them some form of lantern rings, and even then it would still be very hard for them to do anything to Onslaught without great skill in using the rings.

Is This Spite? They have no way of harming Onslaught

You didn't have to wait long.

That said, we have one of three scenarios.

1. This is the original Onslaught who is a purely psionic entity, in which case there is absolutely nothing that Henshaw and Doomsday can do to him.

2. This is Onslaught after he got(created) a physical form, and they might be able to destroy that physical form. But chances are that he simply absorbs them(like he did with Franklin and Nate) and uses their powers for himself. And even if they do destroy the physical form, he'll still just be a purely psionic entity, in which case we're back to scenario 1.

3. This is Onslaught with Franklin and Nate's powers, in which case he can use Franklin's universal level(at least) Reality Warping power to simply think Henshaw and Doomsday out of existence.

Bottom Line: Onslaught wins, Team DC doesn't have any chance of winning, at all.
