I think its because Tyrant is on par with Galactus at full power... but they are not thinking outside the box for other ways that the battle can go outside of Tyrant overpowering Cyborg Superman...
have to prove it. Hank is on a Superman LvL, has 8 yellow rings... and that doesn't even matter because he can take over Tyrants systems. plus even if tyrant does destroy him, good old Hank can just reform him self with tyrants parts integrating tyrants abilities into his own *new* body.
So is Tyrant and he's a techno path on a whole different level

I doubt he could take over Tyrants systems. Tyrant, I believe is more powerfull and has more control than Hank would, cause he'd be in Tyrants territory.
