Isn't it unfair to give Henshaw two more rings than Mongul?

It's unfair to pit Mongul against Henshaw in the first place.

@DrinkUrPruneJuice77: Much more interesting. Pre-crisis Mongul was shown to be more than a physical match for Superman. He also had a much wider range of abilities including teleportation and a wider array of energy manipulation (i.e. not just the chest beam...in fact i don't think he actually used a chest beam, but was able to project energy from his eyes and hands). Also Bronze age superman IMO is more powerful than the superman we got after the COIE reboot so Mongul being his physical superior puts him several time ahead of the post-COIE Superman.

While we know Henshaw's abilities and composition he seems to rarely use them to their full potential. I'd say with or with out rings pc-Mongul wins 6 out've 10, at least.

Also, and someone please help me out with this, I don't understand the point of multiple rings. Shouldn't one ring with enough will power behind it be just as good as seven or eight?

Doesn't seem like it, more rings seems to provide better power output

Mongul is very very strong but just not on Henshaws level
