Obviously...but I think with a year of Prep...he could win.Doom didn't even have that much prep when he owned Silver Surfer.

If Doom is written at his full potential his magical abilities could probably help him greatly. I mean if Doc Strange dies Doom is the next sorceror supreme so he must know a spell or two to defeat super powered enemies.

With prep, doom, without most likely cyborg,but as previously stated with his magic abilities he may be able to cause a bit of damage, but still most likely cyborg would win without prep(which i dont know if that is a comfort to cyborg, since when is doom actually not prepared for anything lol)

Hank Hanshaw is a beast. I dont really think even the prep will help Doom here. Not if Hank has his power rings
