Judging by Cuborg Superman against Superman, Steel, Eradicaotor etc; I am inclined to he can beat the duo however them having morals off would be a different story.

Round 1, probably Hank 7/10, but the duo do have a chance.

Round 2, Hank 8.5/10 he is too much for them with the rings.

Depends. Cyborg Superman was beaten by Supergirl, Powergirl, and Superman, while he had his rings. If these are some of the stronger incarnations of the team members, then they should be easily able to equal the power of three kryptonians.

Even if the team is bloodlusted wouldn't their teamwork still be an issue or do Captain Marvel and Black Adam like each other all of a sudden?
