Cyborg gets dropped in the real world....how does it go?

I am terribly sorry for making another one of these threads, but IMO New 52-Cyborg if he was written well could wreak absolute havoc on things if he was inclined.

Let's say Metron transports Cyborg vic here. He has his boomtubes, connection to the grid, existing weapons, plus he can assimilate any weapon we have here.

Does he conquer us? or do we find a way to shut him down?

P.S.-Victor intends to clean our world of corruption, including politicians, governments, banks, institutuions, etc, you could say he is "obsessed" with making a perfect world.

Yeah.He can have eyes everywhere through computers and can just basically launch nukes wherever he wants.The only person worse than Cyborg through technology is Hank Henshaw

Can Cyborg be killed by a bullet hitting his flesh parts? Would an EMP work?

I actually like them I find them refreshing and interesting instead of us saying Doom or Hulk we actually explain what we think might happen.

Cyborg is defeated but not after doing extensive damage and sending the world back a century or two in technology. ;P

His insides are made out of nanotech and he's been sliced apart by Deathstroke. So I doubt a bullet will do him in. An EMP is also doubtful..I vaguely remember him using something like that recently.

At any case..someone that powerful with easy access to the world's top secrets and encrypted files would become a high risk threat VERY quick. Vic would have to lay low and be smart about how he makes it in this world.
