No Morals.
The fight takes place in a random Park in New York City. 
Win is by K.O./Death/Forfeit. 
They are weaponless.   
They start off 30 ft. apart.  
Both take a battle stance.  
Cyber can use his claws.

Doesn't need to stab him just cut/slice him and Shaw can be cut/slice by adamantium.

No. Cyber is by far the overall better fighter than Shaw.

@_slim_: That Shaw can just dodge any stabbing attempt on Cybers part, and Cybers face is completely vulnerable, all it would really take is one punch from Shaw

How would he not be affected by the poison? He has to get close to Cyber to fight him right.

Yeah, Cyber should win this. Shaw flipping Wolverine isn't too impressive, since Cyber has schooled Logan and constantly f*cks with them. 
 
Now that I think about it, a lot of Wolverine's villains like to f*ck with him. 

Cyber as classic cyber had low telepathic powers but cyber isn't slow this guy made wolverine fear him the only guy to do so ,Shaw may be stronger but cyber would in the end win due to his poison which would even effect wolverine  ..

I enjoy both charecter but I think I would want Shaw to win. That being said, I think Cyber would take him out. I miss Cyber

Hm, that sounds like me...other than the mutton chops and being 5'3

That's gotta be awkward shaving it off 3 times a day. Though I shoot laser beams from my mouth but only when I yawn , it's really inconvenient at times.

hahaha, must be rough to anything sleeping next to you. But yeah, if Cyber fights smart (which he usually does), and doesn't try to brawl with Shaw, he should win this.

Agreed, I think this fight favors Cyber. Absorbing energy from an explosion then punking and over powering Wolverine when compared to a guy who on a basis punks him doesn't give you an edge. Shaw is at his base level in the fight, at least I didn't see anything in the OP about him having a boost in strength. Cyber's body protects him for the most part againt Shaw's only attack type, brute force. Cyber has the nasty toxins and it takes only a nick and you're screwed.
