Firestorm doesn't really have any feats, but last time he encountered Barry, Barry would have died had Firestorm not caught him (after dropping him). So Firestorm.

Also, to be fair, Barry wasn't exactly fighting Firestorm under normal circumstances. He was more trying to get him to stop (iirc) than put him down

to be fair, in that fight Flash wasn't so much trying to put Firestorm down as much as get him to calm down

Does Barry have Cisco, Caitlin and Wells talking to him? I feel like the only way he ever wins fights if when the Star labs teams tells him how to stop the meta-human.

Maybe if Barry has the Star labs team helping him he could pull something off but I'm giving it to Firestorm 8/10
