CW battle: Canary vs Captain Cold

Round 1: Laurel vs Captain Cold; H2H only.
Round 2: Sara vs Captain Cold; standard gear, Sara has a gun.

1. Laurel at least beat Vertigo, Cold just beat fodder. With his hands tied, but they were still just fodder.

2. Cold gets shot.

I'm inclined to go with Cold. He really is a BAMF with tactical awareness on par with Oliver. In the recent episode he beat several fodder while handcuffed, Laurel did beat Vertigo but that was largely knocking him out with one hit by surprise, which is PIS anyway. Other than that she can struggle with even one fodder. Round 2 though is no question.

Snart wins R1 and looses 2nd.

Snart is a boss. Laurel dies. If Canary uses terrain and her ninjitsu training, stealth mostly, she can flank him then snap his neck.
