This is CW Arrow vs Ivan Drago (Rocky IV). This is strictly a H2H combat fight. Arrow is in his standard green suit, Drago is in street clothes. The fight takes place in an abandoned warehouse in Starling City and they start 15 feet apart. Win via KO or incapacitation. Who wins and why?

If this was strictly a boxing match in a ring limited to boxing rules then I'd give Drago the win. But in a no rules h2h street fight I'm going with Oliver.

Ivan breaks him. He only lost to Rocky because he's was a capitalist sympathizer who wanted Rocky to win. Drago was a noble hero who sought the end of the Soviet Union and tragically killed his childhood hero accidentally, to achieve his goal. He was a misunderstood man who fought not only for his people, but the people of the United States too. Drago is the greatest unsung hero in cinema history.

He was a fucking Has Been that died because he was everything Drago and Rocky weren’t: arrogant, boastful, flashy, superficial, lazy, and, at the risk of being redundant, black.
