Current Titans vs Former Titans

Because of Supergirl 60 which has Kara teaming up with a bunch of former titans I was wondering who would win a fight between the two teams. 
 
Supergirl, Batgirl (Stepahanie Brown), Miss Marian, Static, Blue Beetle (Jamie Reyes) 
vs
Wonder Girl, Superboy, Kid Flash, Beast Boy, Raven, Ravager 

Fight in San Francisco, start at 20M apart in the vicinity of titans tower. 

Round 1: IC, No prep Round 2: IC, Prep 1 day  Round 3: Morals off, No prep and Round 4: morals off, day of prep

Good battle. 
 
Round 1: Team 1 in a good fight. 
Round 2: This is a hard call. Ravager should be able to utilize prep well, but she is not as good as Slade. Not sure. 
Round 3: Team 1. 
Round 4: Again, not sure. Maybe since morals no longer apply, Supergirl may use the weaponry in the Fortress of Solitude (there are a number of powerful weapons there), but then again, Conner may try the same tactic. Not sure about this one either. 

Hmm interesting point about Ravager but Kara and Static are both smarter and Static is pretty darn good when it comes to prepping.

I'd give it to team 2 due to raven and kid flash.

The problem bart has is that everyone on team one can fly except batgirl.

Bart has defeated opponents who can fly on many occasions. If they stay in the air, they don't really have a big chance of hitting him anyway.

Flight has never been a major obstacle for speedsters. They have means of fighting aerial opponents. 

How does he do it because I don't seem him breaking Static or Blue Beetle's sheilding or doing anything to Kara or M'gann?

He's pretty creative with the Speed Force and I think you're overestimating their flight advantage. It's not like they're going to be above the Earth's atmosphere or anything. They're going to have to get to a decent range to hurt him because he can dodge laser beams and electric attacks all day. I don't think Static or Jaime will put up their shields before they get blitzed and hurting Kryptonians/White Martians are things Flashes have done in the past.

Actually Blue Beetle has attacks far more powerful then just laser beams but that is not a problem except for the no moral fights. Static also has aoe attacks. Still what does Bart usually do, I don't want feats that other flashes have done because bart isn't at that level.
