Current Thor VS Spawn (not God-Spawn)

Current Thor VS regular Spawn (not God-like) at his max ability.

Fighting in the street, no morals, no surprise, who wins this?

This is to settle a different debate and I needed a professional opinion.

Spawn at his most powerful but still not God Spawn? Thats King Of Hell spawn. He'll beat Thor. He can stop time lol not to mention all the other overpowered magic he's got.

King of Hell Spawn takes this.

He's got a massive magical ability haxx advantage over Thor, and fighting all out could kill Current Thor in several different ways.

"Hey, wanna play Alien?" comes to mind as a way Spawn can quickly end the fight. He could teleport inside of Thor's body and bust out through his chest like he did to that thug with tank (or was it nuke? I have the issue but it's in my summer home) shell stopping armor in the early issues of Spawn.

@steelhound56: Since you can't remember allow me to refresh your memory. The thug had a 5 layer kevlar vest fused with a touch of an anti-nuke alloy.

@god_spawn: Thanks. I have the issue where it happens (I bought all the Spawn collections awhile back) but nonetheless, an impressive feat of magical power and tactical intelligence by Simmons .

King of Hell Spawn should take this fight handily I believe, he's fought far more dangerous enemies than Current Thor by that point in the books.
