Spider-Man does not have his web shooters. Ult Red Skull is unarmed. Morals are on. Both combatants are in character. All Spider-Man knows is that Red Skull is Captain America's worst enemy. Nothing else All Red Skull knows is that Spider-Man is a hero held in high regards by Captain America. Nothing else. Combatants start on opposite sides of the island used in k4tzm4n's Marvel tournament (I think it might be Alcatraz Island) Victory is achieved by death, ko, or incapacitation. If a combatant is knocked into the water, it will NOT count as a BFR.
If this battle is horribly one-sided either way, please tell me. I am making it because I currently have a very poor grasp on Ult Red Skull's capabilities. All I really know about him is that he is 'superior to Ult Captain America'.

Ult Red Skull is superior to Ult Cap. Spider-Man is superior to Ult Cap as well. I'm curious to see if Ult Red Skulls superior h2h and tactical training is enough to bridge any deficit there might still be between himself and current Spider-Man.
Ultimate Red Skull is a real beast but i cant really debate this due to the huge lack of feats on Red Skulls side, perhaps if we were to give him some more time so that we could be more acquainted with him to that we can judge his exact level of skill and physical prowess .
Though i am pretty sure it is above that of Captain America , at least he is physically superior and more than likely has an equal amount of skill as him, this is taken from all that has been shown and said in the Ultimate Avengers so far.
