Octavius and the Sinister Six with prep just put down Thor, Iron Man, Rulk, Spider-Woman, Hawkeye and Captain America. The only Avenger standing is Spider-Man in a suit specifically designed to combat them, and he is on the ropes currently. I think you're vastly underestimating them.

Amazing Spider-Man #683. Octavius also has devices built that can cure global warming or cause it to drastically accelerate and end all life. Otto has also out-smarted Stark in the past, and recently they easily beat down the Intelligencia.
As I said, I don't know anything about the Blue Beetle, but that is one impressive team that just got put down by Octavius and crew.

I read the Intelligencia. That means nothing in terms of Prep really. He outsmarted them, but Rhino and Sandman went at it just the same. He outsmarted Stark, that's great, but what's that going to do? If you can give me a feat in which he can beat Beetle, then its all good, but Beetle can take down all of them to be honest.
Team wins. Blue Beetle is a monster. He's basically Green Lantern class. Reed is smarter than Doc Ock and can utilize Spot in a very effective way. Red Hood and the Thing are great distractions.
