Current Iron Fist vs. Classic Thor

Current Iron Fist is blood lusted, Classic Thor is not. Classic Thor does not have Mjolnir. Iron Fist does not have morals but Classic Thor does. Fight is just hand to hand combat. 
 
Fight is at Grand Central Station in NY. It is neither crowded nor empty.  
 
Fight starts after Current Iron Fist gets the drop on Classic Thor and lands three strikes using his Iron Fist.

This board has decided Iron Fist beats Thing and has a shot against Hulk. So in that thinking, against a CLASSIC hammerless Thor, who has been struck first. Not to mention one has morals (Thor) the other does not. Fighting in area where there are innocent people present.
