Morals on for Herc, Batroc doesn't mind to fight dirty.
Fight takes place on a roof of a building site.
Batroc awaits herc at the fight place and has 3 hours of prep.

1 fight: Herc has Shield (no powers) and sword
2 fight: H2H only

This is kind of a tough one. Batroc's caused trouble for both Captain America's, and is hugely underrated. He's one of the best H2H experts out there. However, Herc still retaining his skills of pankration even without his strength, I would give this to Hercules.
