I wouldn't consider Guy a Low Level GL so I'm going to have to say no and Ironman is not beating Hal on his best day

I agree that Ironman should never be able to beat Hal but someone lower in (will)power?

Why not? He's one of the most powerful on earth and one of the most resourcful. He's capable of augmenting his power level to where he can fight Thor or the Hulk. And then there is his intellect.

Guy is still one of the strongest GL's, so no, Iron Man shouldn't beat Guy, how could he?

As for him beating a diver Gl you mean and for those who don't know what a diver is I mean they type of Gl that is show in battle and usually dies from that one hit. I think Ironman could beat one of those. As for another GL no way. He can't do to much even with his new upgrades.

and as for IM fighting a rookie green lantern. i would say yes if they only just got their ring and no if they have gone through the training.
