Vs a death level entity?  You are an ignorant fool, gtfo of my forums.

Iron Doom.  Cthulhu's copyright expired, so he gets mocked daily, that episode doesn't represent his true power.

Parralax would be a tasty snack for cthulhu.

The FF would get stomped in a heartbeat, because they would go F***ING insane by looking at him!

How about Parallax as Hal? The one who defeated the Spectre and recreated the universe.

I thought they would be good choices but fine how about One Above All, Resurrection Man, Bugs Bunny, Beyonder, Galactus, Imperiex, Apocolypse, Onslaught, Thanos at full power, Darkseid, Doomsday, Neron, Batman with lots of prep, Mr. Majestic, and Dr. Stragefate

None of them would last two seconds, Cthulhu is older than a googol universes.  He knows how to kill them before they were ever born.  Cthulhu will outlast death, prophecies in the lovecraft world are always correct, so Cthulhu will never die.  Cthulhu would slay them all and eat their souls.

Cthulhu can Summon Yibb Tstl, Yog Sothoth, and Azathoth, the big three of the lovecraft multiverse, whom together are more powerful than anything else from anywhere.   The energy it takes to wake up azathoth would fry the solar system into burnt bacon.  To move him destroys everything within dozens of parsecs, to survive him is impossible.  Yib Tstll is all knowing but powerless, combined with azathoth who is all powerfull but mindless, they are invincible, and with yog sothoth who is both all powerful and all knowing they are unbeatable, they would be two above the one above all.  Able to decimate the omniverse like nothing ever seen before.

Gets eaten by Cthulhu's masters.  They are above infinity.  And the part that can manifest within 12 dimensional space is vastly stronger than what can manifest in 3 dimensional space, but is still unable to come anywhere near the power of the great old one's in the only dimension they can fully manifest in, which I call the Paradox Equation Dimension, which exists in all multiverses, which allows the great old ones to appear in so many multiverses compared to most beings who are restrained to one, Cthulhu can appear in more multiverses than the One above all, but none are his true selves, his true self would destroy any universe he entered as it would be far too powerful to be contained.

Also if Cthulhu fought Odin, he would grab odin and smash him onto the earth's crust until the cracked under a 36 mile tall monster smashing a god into the earth many many times, and then he grabs the moon and smashes it over odin's head again and again and again until it breaks into tiny pieces, then he plucks mercury and beats it upside odin's head until it fragments, then mars, then venus, then the earth itself, then he finally ends up growing to over 360,000,000,000 parsecs in diameter and grabs a handfull of neutron stars and compacts them into a giant hammer, them he smashes odin's brains out and devours the odin force.  He then devours all of marvel earth's gods and super humans.  Becoming stronger, then he attacks and devours galactus and all his heralds and takes the power cosmic for himself, he does the same to cyrottak, then he destroys the marvel heirarchy, then he finally devours the marvel 4, and all life is eclipsed under his rule.

Also, Cthulhu created the Necronomicon via mad muslim cultist, in his sleep, bound in flesh, pages of skin, written in blood, with book marks made of grey matter, and bindings of organs.   The most disguisting book you could ever have on your shelf, and a symbol that, since you have a book made out of bodies, you are not to be f****ing messed with.   In his sleep Cthulhu granted this book the power to influence the omniverse, creating the undead, spreading his madness throughout the omniverse, and making him the most profilic being in the Omniverse, he is simply present in every multiverse, having a hand in all of them.

Eat one of the Endless, huh?  The most that would accomplish would be convincing her to return to her realm to call on her elder siblings, but I doubt that would even be neccessary.  The very sight of Cthulhu drives mortals mad?  That's what his page says.  If true, then Delirium would already be using him as a pawn.  He belongs to her whether his masters like it or not.  If she is forced to call on her siblings, though, they were probably already aware it was going to happen a long time ago.  Maybe Morpheus doesn't even allow him to wake from his slumber.

Yog Sothoth Azathoth and Yib Tstll combined would be 3 times greater than the one above all, thus Delrium is killed before she says a word.

Becoming stronger, then he attacks and devours galactus and all his heralds and takes the power cosmic for himself, he does the same to cyrottak, then he destroys the marvel heirarchy, then he finally devours the marvel 4, and all life is eclipsed under his rule."

Maybe Morpheus doesn't even allow him to wake from his slumber."
Yog Sothoth Azathoth and Yib Tstll combined would be 3 times greater than the one above all, thus Delrium is killed before she says a word."

No.  They cannot kill Delirium.  She is no god.  She will exist as long as there is delirium to personify, and as long as Cthulhu is around, well... let there be madness!  Even if there is something Cthulhu could do to "kill" her, another version of her would immediately assume her position... different, but really the same.  It would still be the Delirium we are speaking of.  I don't see it getting that far, though.  Cthulhu's mere existence empowers her... and this is without the help of one or more of her siblings, and if Cthulhu's masters cause her to be in need of their help, well, they'll help.  Desire and Despair in particular love to play little games.

Cthulhu's kind have no desire, no despair, just apathy.   They are designed to be like that, so invincible, so unknowable, so all powerful, that it gives you the feeling of utter hopelessness, each author makes the great old ones stronger and stronger still, now the great old ones are nearing living tribunal level.  Yog sothoth could also solo desire, azathoth being mindless would be immune to despair, and would kill her.

Dreadnaught maybe right here. Dream the endless said so himself that he is not sure if he could survive a battle against Lucifer. If this guy has this much power, then even the Endless could be at a loss. Lucifer is a creator himself and has gotten much stronger since the Sand man series. So if Cthulhu could beat Lucifer with ease, then GOD or the Presence or whatever, people like Molecule Man are dead beat.

Cthulhu is one of the few beings who have fully transcended Good Evil, Law, Chaos, and Neutrality, they are simply apathetic, so powerful that they no longer care.

Blow up the planet, he's seen googolplexes of them, blow up the solar system, it has seen them all, blow up the galaxy, not even an inconvenience, blow up the universe, it could do that in it's sleep, blow up a multiverse, he won't care.

How the hell does it even exist??! It would have to be sleeping in a void of nothingness. Could it even stop or lessen the damage without even wanting to make it so?

anyway, i really think the the god of DC would be equal to such a being. It exists on it's own place, outside of all universe. It's probebly the very reason he never steps on to the DC universe because it would be like Cthulhu stepping on it.

The Endless can really only be killed by the laws that bind them, and that version of Dream feared battling Lucifer in Hell.  He feared going there, but still went.  Had Morpheus, a incarnation of Dream, been killed there, Dream would still have continued to exist, just like he did at the conclusion of the series.  Lucifer swore to kill Dream.  He didn't, and he probably couldn't.  If he could, there would've been no swearing to do it later.  He was there in Hell surrounded by every minion he had.  That was the time to do it.

Cthulhu is powerful, no doubt... but to kill and drive people mad, he needs the Endless to perform their functions, and even if he didn't, they would still continue to do so whether he liked it or not.  They too are above things like power and good and evil.

It lives in a dimension that is connected to all realities yet sealed off from them all, and for a good reason, because if they were to open, cthulhu's true self would awaken, something that kills universes by just entering.  To enter is to be unraveled as the very horrific truth is revealed, something no mind of a 12 dimensional structure could withstand.

Unraveled as the very horrific truth is revealed.  Sounds like delirium's work.

The 12 dimensions that normal space is made out of is not made to even begin to touch on lovecraft's creatures.  Yog sothoth's true form is infinity above the one above all, he could step on Aslan as a Behemoth would step on an ant.

...thus empowering her.  The Endless are their own animal.  Things like "infinity more than The One Above All" don't translate when it comes to them.

Anyway,  I'm through arguing.  Even if Cthulhu can kill Delirium, which is not possible, can I at least get a confirmation that she is indeed, as the question was worded "a good match for this baddie?" lol

The thing is, Delirium is only powered by her own universe. Cthulhu's madness, told from Dreadnaught, goes from many universes and not just only one like Delirium is bind to.

Bugs Bunny or any of the tunes can survive Cthulhu even after being erased but from what Dreadnaught said, defeating it would be impossible.
