I think Steve is faster and more skilled than Eric but he can't kill him unless he kills the crow, and seeing as they have no prior knowledge of each other here they'll probably just keep fighting for ages until Eric gets in enough good hits to take the captain down. Steve's shield will make that even more difficult for Eric, but he's a very capable fighter, very durable and much more ruthless than Steve, so i'm thinking it's an eventual win for Eric.

There is also the ability of crow summoning, turning into crows, and the empathy pain dump powers. Eric has more to him from comics than simple Regen too :)

Yeah, i'm aware, but i don' think crows can do much to Cap. The forced empathy power might come in handy, though, but the things i mentioned before are the things i think are most important, personally. Eric can definitely win this, but it would probably take a while, as Cap doesn't exactly tire easily.
