How so? its a populated area so imo he wont be taking out a chain-Gun & letting all hell lose.. & hes just about in range to teleport but by then JC has probably done the samething.

His reaction time has proven exceptional sharp, he can teleport over the distance of a few miles, he can teleport to an armory in which holds every weapon ever(including futuristic ones), and is a much, much, and let me just say much better fighter.
