Create a team of villains to beat my team

The heroes have joined together and made a final decision. To kill every single villain on earth (DC and Marvel)  
My team has no morals, willing to kill, and has knowledge on every villain they have encountered in the comics. My team has 3 day prep. 

Leader: Captain America (Steve Rogers. Has his ultimate versions physical stats)
Immortal: Ghost Rider (Johnny Blaze)
Preper: Mr. Majestic 
Speedster: Flash (Wally West)
Weather manipulator: Thor (Has the belt of strength. WM is on but can think clearly)
Omega level Mutant: Iceman 
Psychic/Telepath: Martian Manhunter 
Magic User: Dr. Strange (Auto shields up)
Cosmic user: Silver Surfer 
Powerhouse: Sentry (Has the Voids powers and is mentally stable)   
 
                    
  
Earth has no civilians/Innocents. Earth CANNOT be destroyed no matter what.
You must use only VILLAIN characters. No beings above Rune Thor. You can have up to 13 characters. Characters from DC and Marvel ONLY.   
Your team can get up to 1 week prep. 
Must live on Earth (DC or Marvel)
No Reality Warpers.
