Definitely Kingler. Crawdaunt is known for for being a ruffian Pokémon, always ready to fight. However, Kinglers pincer has 10,000 horsepowers of strength, and his shell is as hard as metal. Once you're caught in the pincers, there's no getting out.
@mysticmedivh Probably should have mentioned this, pokedex "feats" don't count here. A lot of them are ridiculous and make no sense when actually seeing them in action.

Game Logic -
Kingler is faster, goes first and 1 shots via Sheer Force Brick Break.
Both are underrated Pokemon though. Crawdaunt with adaptability is nothing to joke at.
Anime Logic -
Ash's Kingler is a freaking beast. That thing tore up the Indigo League. I don't even remember a notable Crawdaunt in the anime (or one period for that matter)
