I think Cyborg Superman barely takes it,this is a good match up though.

The real question is exactly what type of resources do they have access to in their 1 hr prep time? Any tech won't help the team, unless they come up with some mystical artifacts Hank should win here...

idk you tell me back in the day he would regularly take out the avengers when he got hit by thors hammer it didn't phase him and he laughed it off and he hit thor so hard that he dropped his hammer and thor has a pretty tight grip on mjolnir also when vision did that phasing thing too him he through vision out like he was a mosquito i would say more stuff he has done but this reply getting a bit long lol

Stalemate, I believe. If there's any sort of technology within a huge radius, Hank probably can't die here. Nefaria (at least the most recent Nefaria that I've seen) can't really die at all.
