Count Dracula vs Count Nefaria

I thought of this battle after noticing the similar look of the classic version of these characters.
 
 So it will be the Dracula who easily defeated the Xmen and the Nefaria that fought the Avengers with Thor to a stand still

Count Nefaria curbstomps. Spite against Drac.

The Avengers only won by a fluke. Even Thor couldn't put down Nefaria. Then he takes on the Avengers and Thunderbolts.

I say Nefaria wins.

You really think so? Dracula beat four Xmen (Nightcrawler, Wolverine, Colossus and Storm) like they were next to nothing to him. Not even Dr Strange was a threat to the classic vampire.

Classic Nefaria was a beast, took a direct shot from Thors Hammer with no effect..

CN pummeled the Avengers AND Thunderbolts with a laugh, stalemated an enraged Thor, and took a punch from Wonder Man without even flinching.

This is spite alright.

Nefaria pummel the Avengers and Thundebolts, but Dracula fights the more powerful team. THE DEFENDERS and Classic Dr. Strange. 
 
 
Defenders > Avengers & Thunderbolts combined, and Dracula fights them and can never be killed by them.  
Dracula's power originates from the Darkhold which the Darkholds powers are >>>>>   Ionic based powers 
I clearly don't see Nefaria winning. He can't even hit Dracula, since Dracula can be intangible like a ghost, and can fly/move fast as light. You actually need magic stronger than the Darkhold (Chthon) magic in order to hurt or banish the Lord of Vampires. Dracula defeated the X-Men with ease and merely slapped Colossus once into unconsciousness. No one, not even Juggernaut slapped Colossus on the face one time and made him just fall down unconscious so a feat that explains pure strength, but strength is only the icing on the cake.

Nefaria was also kept in prison at The Raft and could not escape it. 
Dracula would LOL that Prison and use it for a restaurant and leave/enter as he pleases.

@tron_bonne: Why are you using the showing against Apocalypse? He'd bitten Apoc earlier in the evening as a bat, and Apoc didn't think anything of it. Dracula took control because he has power over vampires. Not through any showing of physical force.

shows the power of his bite, even if it doensn't turn someone into a vampire it weakens them dramatically. I'm not sure who would win though. It seems Nefaria is more powerful outright but Dracula uses his abilities in ways that allow him to tackle some powerful foes.

I don't think Nefaria can beat Hulk and Silver Surfer.
