Count Dooku vs Deathstroke

Count Dooku from the movies and Deathstroke from the Arrow TV show. Dooku can use the Force to amp himself and for precognition but not offensively (i.e. push, lightning). Deathstroke is on Mirakuru and is as shown in the picture. This is a random encounter and they have no prior knowledge of the other. For the purposes of this fight we'll assume that Deathstroke swords can withstand a lightsaber. Both are in-character and the fight is to the death. Battle is in an abandoned warehouse in Starling City and they start 10 yards apart. Who wins and why?

Dooku stomps, far superior swordsman with superior speed and a weapon that's going to chop Slade in half on the first swing.

The fact that Slade's swords can block Dooku's lightsaber blade doesn't really matter a whole lot either, seeing as Dooku is by far the superior swordsman and has a speed advantage, thus allowing him to simply go around Slade's own bladework and chop him in half with a simple flick of the wrist.

Dookus Makashi form is made for sword fights.. Deathstroke gets owned even if Dooku does not use force lightning.

Movie versions?

You gave Wilson no prep. Wilson needs prep to win. With prep, Wilson stomps. Without it, a simple force choke ends Wilson before he can even get close. No contest.

Dooku is still too fast for Deathstroke to handle. Using Arrow Deathstroke makes this a worse match for Deathstroke

How would he stomp with prep? What could he even do to Dooku?

Off the top of my head, steal a motherbox and have it automatically set to boomtube Dooku into the sun the instant the fight begins.
