Count Dooku vs Darth Sidious (Post Yoda Fight)

The Count sneaks up on Sidious after his fight with Yoda in Clone Wars claiming there can only be two. Does he have what it takes to conquer him?

I'm sorry but please tell me why Sidious can't just sense Dooku sneaking up on him?
