He has shown a resistance to magic (not sure of the specific type) when he had 4 of the mystics in Wakanda simultaneously hit him with magical blasts. He was unharmed by it. But it was nothing compared to what current Strange has done with his magic. I think he would beat T'Challa with relative ease.
