Could Joker beat anyone good in a battle?

I know he's one of the best villains ever, but that only because he's insane. I don't think he could beat many heroes in a standard, no weapons battle. If you think a somewhat-big hero can beat him, please tell me.

Joker is a joke character when it comes to no PIS/WIS fighting. He relies heavily on plot for his well plots.

Worth noting that Tony was also not in the best state at the time; he'd been imprisoned by the Skrulls, and he still needed the Iron Man armor to keep his heart going back then (this was back in the Classic Red and Gold days). Beyond that, I can't really think of another out of the suit H2H feat on Stark's part.

Give him 48 hours prep time and he can take out most of the DC universe. IMO.

@chazz85: He carries all of his stuff as far as I know or he could just teleport back to the lab. He took hits from Juggernaut with no effect and tossed wolverine hard enough to stab daken with one hand.Joker has no way of hurting him
