Alright so Doom's resume makes him a top 5 villain of all time. He's defeated gods, ruled worlds, escaped death, been omnipotent and even shown that his greatest asset lies not in his intellect, but sheer will power. His perseverance stains comics with words of triumph and torment (haha).
Victor von Doom has calculated strategies that relinquish even the most powerful character ever created in comics (Secret Wars Beyonder) from the doldrums that come with omnipotence. He has battled demons, siphoned the power of marvels most powerful characters and has done so consistently. The man rescued his mother's soul from hell.
Getting to the point, could Doom utilizing all of his knowledge, technology and magic ability find a way to defeat these 3 characters (not at the same time)
In no order:
1) Demogorge (Atum)
2) Cyttorak
3) Shuma-Gorath
4) Chthon, Set Oshtur and Gaea (One at a time)
5) All of the Celestials
6) Dark Phoenix
9) Blackheart (full power)
10) The Living Tribunal
Doom is not limited on preparation time. He may indeed use artifacts circulating through the Marvel Universe if you believe that he could get them. For Example No: HOTU (lame concept pointless). However if you could make a case that Victor got the infinity gems and some how convinced LT to allow them to work together again then he may use the Infinity Gauntlet
Rules:
1) Victor is allowed any artifacts that are realistically attainable in today's Marvel, as long as you give reasons why/how he needs/uses them.
2) BFR is allowed, under the stipulation that say Doom banishes Blackheart, he (BH) may never leave his imprisonment. Thus an explanation and location are required.
3) There will be no PIS/CIS/WIS. No writer favoritism (cough starlin) halting Doom from his mission. The key to this point is consistency of Doom's feats.
4) Victor is morals off. His goal lies in front of him. His will and determination are "Unthinkable" and "Master of Doom" levels. NOT Doom's power level, his tenacity level.
5) Every battle is individual. He is not fighting them as a team.
6) The battle is in Marvel 616 Universe, in the regular marvel earth dimension. Not in Shuma's realm or Crimson Cosmos etc..
7) Doom is allowed to summon the Crimson Bands of Cyttorak (for example) to help him defeat Shuma, as long as you acknowledge that Doom can't defeat Cyttorak, them move on and expect to get help from him unless you are arguing that Doom is somehow holding Cyttorak captive and as a power source. (Like he drained Franklin Richards, Nightmare and Life force with magic)
8) Doommay recycle technology, siphoned power and mystical artifacts (eye of agamotto etc..) after every battle.
9) Doom between battles is allowed as much preptime as needed again.
10) Be respectful to other posters, attacking each other is not a sign of wisdom nor knowledge on the topic. It is a waste of time and reading to go through threads just to see trash talk and ridicule of naive/ignorant posters. If you disagree then post scans, use comic logic and yes account for "Rule #3"!
PLEASE READ THE RULES!
Can he defeat them? If not all of them, who could he defeat? HOW?
EDIT!!!!! It is now all of the Celestial's instead of just the fourth host.
Could Doctor Doom defeat...
@Supermanwithatan01: I just want to say that this is an excellent setup but I currently do not have the time to type let alone think of a response to this. What I will say however is that Doom with all his intellect may conceivably drain the power of each of these opponents as he goes(he's drained the power of many people before in the Marvel Universe so it is conceivable) and as such have a building arsenal of strength if he makes it to the Living Tribunal.
My opinion: 1962. IGN: http://comics.ign.com/top-100-villains/3.html Victor has feats that challenge any other villain you could name. His triumphs are both impressive and consistent, his tragedies are heartfelt and potent. He is a large reason Darth Vader looks like Darth Vader. He's ranged from Contenental (earth) to Multiversal threat. He is a man of honor but also torture. You don't have to like him or his fans, but any comic book lover respects Doctor Doom as an incredible villain who's name in infamous regardless of even the most basic comic knowledge. In my opinion Doom is the 2nd greatest villain of all time. Most websites, comic die hard fans and writers would rate him a top 5 villain. Imo
1) Demogorge (Atum) No
2) Cyttorak Cyttorak destroys him
3) Shuma-Gorath Shuma obliterates him
4) Chthon, Set Oshtur and Gaea (One at a time) No
5) The Fourth Host Celestials Yes
6) Dark Phoenix Yes
9) Blackheart (full power) Doom should stomp
10) The Living Tribunal Of course not

@Supermanwithatan01: How did he get the Beyonders power, because if he did it just with prep Ii don't see how he doesn't clear
Plot device, it was the era when comics didn't have to make sense and you could find all powerful cosmic artifacts on every other alien planet or wrecked space ship.
He used Galactus' tech and rebuilt a Klaw. That's how he siphoned the power.@Supermanwithatan01: How did he get the Beyonders power, because if he did it just with prep Ii don't see how he doesn't clear

How? Even the Celestials or the Elder gods? Living Tribunal?I suppose with prep time Doom could defeat anyone short of TOAA.
I edited the OP to make it all of the Celestials not just the Fourth Host. Anyways I'm hoping anyone will read the OP and answer the questions. Give detailed reasons why Doom wins/loses and even uses scans or logic to support their reasoning.
Doom uses the body of the Klaw a medium to steal the energies of Galactus' Worldship. Then used that to siphon the power of the Beyonder itself. I mean it is kind of plot device but at least it makes more sense than most other stories involving PD.@dondave said:
