its a no-holds barred race from the earth to the end of the universe... well, almost no-holds barred with a few conditions

we assume Batman has sufficient maximum prep with access to any resource he can get on his hands. Also, we assume New 52 versions for both.

batman cannot do anything to Flash himself (its not a fight), but he can affect the racing environment to hinder Flash or to aid himself. Same goes for flash himself
