Could Batman beat Bane unarmed hand-to-hand?

No because Bane is stronger and can dodge attacks. He broke batman and he will do that again in that case.

I'm honestly going with Bane here. Guy is tough- will have no trouble breaking Batman.

Bane isn't a 5-8 tonner and Batman has benched 1,000 lbs.

He only really loses when he's put in intentional mismatches or the person he's fighting gets unfair preptime/weapons

The OP didn't indicate we we're using Bane from the Arkham games and even at that, Nightwing has been able to kick people through walls, it doesn't make you a 5 tonner.
