The Asgardians is a weak link, especially when almost everyone else is so amped up.
Thanos vs Silver Surfer: This should be a close match, considering SS's power-up at the end of Annihilation. However, Thanos was able to kill him with a couple punches before, so I guess he takes it.
Dormammu vs Thor: This is a pretty easy victory for Dormammu. He's supposedly written to be much more powerful than both Mephisto and Sorcerer Supreme Doctor Strange.
Mephisto vs Doctor Strange: If this is normal Strange, Mephisto would eat him alive. SS Strange should make it closer.
Loki vs Adam Warlock: Don't know much about Warlock, but didn't he have a good set of feats in the Infinity Gauntlet series? Anyways, Loki is the weakest of the bunch, so Warlock shouldn't have to worry much.
Conclusion: No way Warlock is beating Dormammu, Thanos and Mephisto (unless he's a multi-versal powerhouse that I'm not aware of, which is I doubt). Team 1 wins, easy.
PS: Stage shouldn't make much of a difference. It's not like Loki and Thor get a massive boost from fighting in Asgard.
