@jagernutt: The Mandarin seems more powerful. He's shown to be able to crush planets, while Galactus can only hold them.

He didnt crush the planet or anything, and honestly there is no such thing as Cosmic Mandarin.

Its just the cover page of Invincible Iron Man # 525 written by Matt Fraction.

Its actually just normal Mandarin, he didnt even get a boost, and was ultimately defeated by Iron Man with substantial help next issue.
