The Anit-Monitor, Imperiex and Krona have discovered the Marvel Universe and join together to destroy it. They merge their power becoming a unified form. This new being destroyed Galactus and the Celestrials when it first entered the Marvel U, bringing  the attention of The Living Tribunal. To defeat this galactic threat, the One Above All has granted the Living Tribunal the power to create a new cosmic entity out of three others. This new entity will replace Galactus in the natural order with Eternity and Death.

You are the Living Tribunal! Make your choice! Keep in mind, you can't choose any that would disrupt the order of the universe.

The LT wouldn't need to make a replacement.

He would keep Galactus and wipe them out on his own.

He doesn't get directly involved unless his own place is threatened. Didn't you read Infinity Gautlet.

No. He doesn't get involved unless a cosmic crime is being commited.

He didn't attempt to stop Thanos because Thanos only strived to replace Eternity's importance in the universe with his own.

"Natural selection is one of the Universe's Oldest canons. the Strong replace the weak. It is as it is. No cosmic crime is being committed"

AM, Imperiex, and Krona attempting to destroy the Marvel U would be a cosmic crime, which is why the LT would step in.

If that was the case then he would have step down when Thanos had the Heart of the Universe, but he attacked along with every else.

They would probably absorb the energies of the destroyed galactus and celestials, then destroy the three and devour them, then get stopped.  Not after doing irreperable damage to the marvel multiverse though.

2 of the three above could stomp galactus
one already did in a cross over
and 1 would probably end up stale mating him

I know.

I meant the LT would wipe them out, not Galactus.

I think the heonix is a part of the natural order of the universe. If she was fused with others, then what would take her place?

But doesn't Pheonix play a part in the universe?

Or is she just a powerful entity, free of any connection to the rest, like the Stranger?
