Isn't the Living Tribunal an omniversial power (able to reside in and judge every single universe) while Mandrakk is only a multiversial entity? And Mandrakk had the power to fatally damage Thought Robot, didn't he? I'd say Living Tribunal based off that. And Living Tribunal is only bested by outrageously strong characters, most of whom get a lovely retcon, like Beyonder and Protege, save for The-One-Above-All and Thanos with the power of The-One-Above-All (or a power which rival's TOAA).

LT he has shown to be much more powerful

@Hoboseid: Mandrakk actually refers to the Thought Robot as "cosmic armor" once or twice. It's not very obvious, especially since the Thought Robot is actually a robot, not a suit of armor.

Thought Robot is also overrated.

1. There is no superman prime one billion... there is only superman of dc one million which is the Golden Superman.
2. Superman Prime is nowhere near Golden Supes level.
3. Thought Robot Superman and Cosmic Armor Superman are the same... but mostly it is called Thought Robot.
4. Living Tribunal is way ahead of all those supermen...
