Any weapon each fighter would have access to is a factor in this fight

@TheCerealKillz: Couldn't The Prince just SoT to before he was hit and counter attack Corvo?

The princes time powers are much greater and hold more weight that corvos. time stopping probably wouldnt even work on the prince.... but the princes might work on his.

But if time stopping doesnt work for eiter on corvo wins due to a greater cache of powers.
